3. User Accounts

7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide job matching, interview feedback, and career advice. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional career counseling.
- AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes (job offers, interview success) from using the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (job boards, payment processors, AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARF LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
